Katie Beeler

Katie Beeler is the principal broker and owner of Beacon House Realty, an independent East Tennessee brokerage rooted in thoughtful guidance and professional service.
A Tennessee native, Alcoa High School graduate, and University of Tennessee graduate, Katie combines deep local knowledge with a strategic, numbers-driven approach. She works with homeowners, first-time buyers, relocating families, and investors to make real estate decisions with greater confidence and clarity.
Katie holds the ABR, GREEN, GRI, RENE, MRP, PSA, SRS, and SRES designations. She is a 2023 graduate of the East Tennessee REALTORS® leadership program and a graduate of the 2025 Tennessee REALTORS® A.R.E.A. leadership program. She has served as Tennessee REALTORS® Grievance Chair and currently serves on the East Tennessee REALTORS® Board of Directors.
Her community involvement includes service with New Hope Blount County Children’s Advocacy Center and Maryville Kiwanis. Outside of real estate, Katie enjoys traveling with her husband, Travis, gathering friends and family around the table, staying active, and hanging at home with their Rottweiler, Bogie.
